¶ Speaking of the Old Home Place, if I recollect rightly, Bob Dylan said in one of his songs, “You can go back, Ahh, but you can’t go back all the way.” I just happen to be one of the fortunate fellas in this Great Nation of ours who dearly loves where he came from. I cherish with a staggering fondness the Grandparents that raised me the first seven years of my life in that charming old house into which I was born in 1944 that sat on the corner of 10th & Buckeye Streets up there on the “High Terrain”, Terre Haute, there on the Banks of the Wabash. The peace, the love, the kindness, the contentment, and true Godliness that overflowed out of my Grandmother and my Grandfather was so luxuriant that it actually manifested in a celestial, misty blue atmosphere that rested in and all about them and that fine old house. Everyone loved to come and visit. That place and the souls that did so love this fatherless young child are, to this day, engraved upon the heart of this old man.
¶ Years later, as a grown man changed by the Spirit of God, I wanted to go back there. I wanted to purchase and preserve that fine old place. The memories? I already owned them. Beyond anything you could imagine, I greatly desired to “go back all the way”, and go back I did, but everyone was gone and the old house was in shambles. Yeah, I went back, but I just couldn’t go back all the way. Gone they were, like a morning mist, like a vapor on the water, taking with them that Misty Blue Atmosphere. While I was out runnin’ wild, they had all traveled on down the road of life past the vanishing point. They were gone. Oh, how I wept!
¶ I don’t believe that many “Christians” today even ponder the fact that Jesus Christ still possesses a human soul. I don’t believe that it ever crosses the minds of the majority of those who reside in American Christendom today that our Kinsman, “Next of Kin”, Redeemer, the Son of Man, the Son of David, Jesus of Nazareth who now sits at the Right Hand of the Father does indeed have the same affections and yearnings for the stable in Bethlehem, and His Old Home Place, Nazareth, that we have for our old homeplaces and loved ones that have gone on before us. I believe that the soul of our Lord, Jesus Christ, in its Humanity, still overflows, rejoices, and weeps with memories of His mother, His earthly father, His brothers, sisters, and friends, Mary, Martha, Lazarus, and the “unwritten ones” He knew as a child growing up, to say nothing of the Mount of Olives, the Sea of Galilee, His cousin John and the Jordan River, Jerusalem, and all of Israel. To take it a step further, I believe, in His Divinity, that He feels the same about all of those who live in His Old Home Place today. If He could only take them back to that day, would they, after all they have been through, reject Him again? I would like to “think not”! As a matter of fact, I do believe that the yearnings of His soul apply, not only to all who live on earth today but that they also apply to the earth itself, for amazingly so, He did create it all, even those who have given themselves over to the Destroyer, before they willingly had their consciences seared by the Hot Iron of Diablo, how the ardor of His Great Love was extended to them all, whether they realized it or not. I cannot help but feel in my heart that Jesus does greatly yearn and travail with fond memories for His earthly, ancient homeplace and His loved ones, just as we do for ours, and that He will until the Fulness of Times, when “He GATHERS ALL THINGS unto Himself”. It is then that we will all be able to “go back all the way”, so to speak, into that “brand new day” when we will all be made whole, see our loved ones in Christ, and find ALL THINGS restored in and by Jesus Christ, our KINSMAN REDEEMER in the Glorious Age to Come. I’m here to tell you, it ain’t no pipe dream, for we are the Great Passion of His soul and, omnipotent as He is, He will not be “made whole” without us.
¶ To understand the Love of God we must understand that Jesus is still both God and man and does indeed not only understand the sentiments, feelings, fears, woes, griefs, and joys of the human heart and mind but that He also still possesses, owns if you will, just as we do, the sentiments and feelings of a natural man. Our Kinsman Redeemer does, to this very day, have the soul that He was born with that glorious night in Bethlehem; the soul of a man. I mean, “We don’t have a Kinsman Redeemer (Who came from On High) who is unable to sympathize with our sentiments, sorrows, and weaknesses, (not to mention, rejoice in our joys and victories), for He was, while on earth, tempted and tried in every way just as we are – Yet He did not sin.” (Hebrews 4:15) He became our Next of Kin to Pay the Price that would save our hides so that He might invite us into that place where His peace, love, kindness, contentment, and Friendship are, even beyond what was displayed in that fine old house on the corner of 10th & Buckeye, so luxuriant that the atmosphere of that Secret Place is inundated with the Soft Blue Atmosphere of His Presence, the Glory of God, for our Next of Kin is the Outshining of the Father, and His “House” is AMIABLE. He did it ALL simply because He truly likes us and wishes for none to perish. He is, indeed, not ashamed to call us His brother and His sister. He is, without a doubt, our All-Powerful Friend Who sticks closer than a brother. That, my friend, is light-years from most American Christianity, and He is highly displeased with any and everything that will “inter-fear” with that that keeps us from Him and Him from us, and yes, He is highly jealous for His Old Home Place and His Chosen Ones.
¶ Because of this, and the fact that He is both God and Man, I am ecstatic that He is one of us and that He is “for us and not against us”. He is jealous beyond measure for us and He is jealous beyond measure for His Crown Jewels as well as all the Earth to boot, for it is ALL His, and He is coming back for it, ALL OF IT!!! I am elated that Vengeance is His and not mine For He is far more just and far more dangerous than I am. This is exactly what our dear Compatriots in Israel, God’s chosen people, as a nation do not yet possess but soon will. His NAME is JESUS, He loves them beyond measure, and VENGEANCE is His!!!
¶ No, my train of thought didn’t jump the track! I’m speaking of the god-forsaken, barbaric, hell-raked, illegitimates who have willingly had their consciences seared by the hot iron of Diablo, that want our homes, our land, and our children. I am speaking of the sold-out, vice-ridden hirelings, “Strange Children” in our government and our churches, that we are dealing with here in our once Great Crown Jewel and the inhuman, ruthless, twisted regimes that have invaded the Old Home Place of Christ Himself, Israel. It is with our compatriots in Israel this very hour with whom we must be, yes, Confederate.
¶ Right now, this very hour…
¶ …“The feral² Kings of the earth are standing up, and with the rulers of predatory² nations are gathering themselves together against the Lord and against His Christ.” (Psalms 2:2, ¹wcv & ²) …for one last onslaught, to annihilate, and remove from the face of the earth GOD’S CHOSEN PEOPLE, to decimate the PROMISED LAND, the OLD HOME PLACE of Jesus Christ Himself and to annihilate the “other” Old Home Place, the GREAT CROWN JEWEL of the WEST out of which the Gospel of Jesus Christ and all of us who spread the Good News of Freedom, Salvation, and Eternal Life do abide..
Why? Because until the most powerful nation on earth is rendered useless these predatory nations cannot have their way with the Old Home Place of the Son of Man, the Son of David, Jesus of Nazareth.
1 Why do the heathen rage and the wicked gather in vain?
2 The Kings of the earth are stationing themselves with the rulers of the nations, Together they are fixed in their counsel against the LORD, and His ANOINTED ONE.
3 To break all ties with the throne of God, and sever the cords of heaven.
4 But You, oh Lord, make sport of them, for You have them in derision.
5 When Your decree of judgment falls upon them they will be vexed and sorely troubled beyond repair.
9 In That Day, so heavily will the rod of God’s judgment fall on evil and shatter (the agenda of evil governments along with the kings and subjects of²) all those who stubbornly stand in obstinate rebellion, that the earth itself will quake uncontrollably. (Revelation 16:18)
10 So be wise, all of you who sit as kings in high places, and all you judges of the earth,
11 Bow down and serve the Lord with reverence, and with fear (for even the mountains will melt, and the earth quake²) (Revelation 16:18) at the first sign of His return.
12 Kiss the Son of God and you can rejoice forevermore, knowing that you will not perish when the wrath of this Ancient Lion is stirred up. For blessed are all of us who put our trust in Him, Jesus Christ, Our Lord. (1-12, ¹wcv & ²)
¶ In a Deep Fetch for the confirmation of the Prophetic Truths hidden in Psalms II, we find the Patriarch, Jacob, in his dying hours, in his old home place, nearly 3,500 years ago, gathering together his twelve sons to reveal to them what would befall their descendants in these days in which we are now living and in the Age to Come; “And Jacob gathered his sons and said, ‘Gather yourselves before me that I may tell you what will befall your descendants in the Last Days. Judah (Jesus Christ) is a Young Lion who always returns in triumph with the spoils of His prey, soon grown and full of Power, He will stretch Himself out without fear to rest in peace, afraid of nothing. Tell me, who would dare stir up this Ancient Lion?² (Genesis 49:9)
¶ The Scepter (of Kingship) shall never depart from Judah (Jesus), (for it is out of your loins, Judah, and the loins of your descendant, David, that this Ancient Lion will come, the One known as the Lion of the Tribe of Judah), for this fulfiller of the Law will come from between your feet. When Shiloh (the Messiah, the Lion of the Tribe of Judah) comes, to Him shall the gathering of all things and all people be” (Genesis 49:9,10, Matthew 13:41, 24:31, Ephesians 1:10)
¶ “For in the dispensation of the fulness of times He will GATHER TOGETHER IN ONE, ALL THINGS IN JESUS CHRIST, all things which are in heaven and all things which are on the earth will be gathered, In Him, in whom lies our inheritance.” (Ephesians 1:10,11) the Hebrew word (en = in) (In Him, By Him, For Him, and under His rule to rest there, forever)
¶ Be very careful about “Lionizing” man, any man, tribe, nation, or race. There is only ONE LION of the Tribe of Judah, His Name is JESUS, and IN HIM there is neither Jew nor Gentile. (Galatians 3:28)
¶ It is not me but HE who says, “For whoever has been baptized into Christ, has put on Christ. Therefore there is no longer Jew or Greek (Gentile), there is no longer slave or free, there is no longer male and female; for all of you are one in Christ Jesus.” (Galatians 3:27,28) Galatians, Ephesians, and the Epistle of 1 John are quite clear; There is little doubt about the point Paul is making: In Christ we are all the same — we are equal, one with the other, “for of the two He will make ONE NEW MAN.” (Ephesians 2:15) Dearly beloved ones in Christ, children of God, it does not at this present time appear what we shall be; but we do know this, that when we see HIM (face to face²), {in the twinkling of an eye²} we will be made² like Him. (1 John 3:2)
¶ And so, to those known as God’s Chosen People, our Dear Compatriots, the Israelis, and all those who are in Christ, I would say, “Look up, lift up your heads, for our redemption is certainly drawing nigh. (Luke 21:28) However, to the unbeliever (Jew or Gentile), the fearful, the ruthless, the wicked, and the High Falutin Harlot, I would say, “I’m afraid you’ve stirred up an Ancient Lion.
